Unwanted items Under 30 days

You can cancel your order.

Please ensure goods are returned to warehouse unused and in a saleable condition with their original packaging.

 

Faulty Items Under 30 days

If an item becomes faulty within 30 days from the date of purchase, then you have a legal right to reject the goods and receive a full refund / replacement.

 

Faulty Items Over 30 days

Depending on the circumstances, your statutory rights entitle you to repair, replacement or refund. We only offer a refund when we are unable to offer an equivalent replacement.
